JMH Weiss elevates design for tower condominiums in San Jose
The versatility of our experience has allowed us to “corner the market” with the recent spurt of tower condominium projects in San Jose, providing for over 318 condominiums.
We are an integral part of the design team providing complete civil design services for the following projects:
Heart of the City - 2nd and Santa Clara Project
The $31.7 million development will transform a surface parking lot into an inviting mixed-use complex, that will be comprised of the following uses:, 72 for-sale condominiums and 17,5000 square feet of ground level retail. Two levels of subterranean parking will provide 172 spaces, with the first level, to be owned by the city, designated as public parking to serve the district. The San Jose Redevelopment Agency is investing $7.8 million making it possible to provide public parking, affordable housing and create a quality environment that will attract first class retail and restaurants.
The project is located along San Fernando between Second and Third Streets. The project will consist of a mixed-use project with approximately 335 for-sale condominiums, 68,000 square feet of retail and approximately 570 parking spaces.

This project is located just behind the DeAnza Hotel and will consist of 22 stories and 318 units of condominiums.
